Title: Internal Sales Consultant

Reports to (title): Internal Sales Desk Supervisor/1st VP Investments

Location: San Antonio/Chicago

General Purpose of the Job: Support an external wholesaler and proactively seek out increased production in primary AAM's proprietary UIT products with outbound call campaigns.


Job Requirements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Maintain a successful relationship with an external wholesaler to penetrate and generate production from a pre-assigned territory. Internals will help the external with appointments, marketing material requests, order gifts for representatives, inputting all notes from visits into our client management system, send thank you cards and provide detailed information about our trusts and broker dealer relationships.

2. At least 50 Outbound Calls per day will be required. Calls include cold calling, warm calling, follow-ups to RVP visits, taking care of existing buyers and appointment setting. Calls will be sales oriented and should follow the sales process to generate production. Being familiar with profiling, overcoming objections and closing is required.

3. Data Base Management. Internals will be required to keep our internal client management system current.

4. Tracking of production. Internals will be responsible to track all production for their territory and also make any necessary corrections when needed.

Experience required: One to two years

Education required: High school diploma or equivalent

Certificates, Licenses and Registrations required: 7;66
