INTERNET TRAFFIC COORDINATOR
The leader in the Internet Lead Generation industry; has immediate openings for 3 experienced Inernet Traffic Coordinators to be responsible of lead distribution, optimization and analytics. Two full time and a part time position are available. One full time position is from 9am to 6pm and the other full time position is from 1pm to 10 pm in our Coral Springs office. The part time position is from 6pm to midnight and MAY have the possibility of working from home. We offer a competitive salary. SUMMARY:
Responsible for effectively trafficking all registration path and vertical offers by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following.
· Assures all advertising and data transfers are properly implemented and working with the Technology department to develop tools and systems that maximize productivity.
· Manages the timely and accurate set-up/QA of all registration path offers (hosted & non-hosted).
· Manages the timely and accurate set-up/QA of all lead transfers.
· Identifies and works with the Technology department to assure that all technical issues are resolved (both in-house and client side).
· Identifies opportunities to enhance Trafficking tools/reporting and manages the process to implement these enhancements.
· Reviews / produces lead transfer reports that assure that Senior Management and Account Exacts are quickly notified of any delivery issues.
· Manages the flow of requests and assures strong communication between Trafficking, Sales and Account Management is achieved.
· Implements processes and tools needed to effectively manage production of vertical offers.
· Develops and implements quality control processes to assure Trafficking provides the highest levels of service to both internal and external clients.
· · Other duties that are within education and experience or the incumbent may be assigned for the betterment of the company.
Job Requirements
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
· Basic knowledge of HTML and Java Script is helpful to this position.
· Proven team leadership and management skills.
· Demonstrated proficiency with internet technologies.
· Must exercise sound judgment and make reasonable decisions based on available data.
· Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
· Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with managers and employees, along with working with external clients or customers.
· Ability to maintain own work flow and meet deadlines.
· Must be a team player and possess a positive ‘can do’ attitude.
· Detail oriented with strong organization and time management skills.
· Proficiency with MS Excel and MS Word
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science or Information Systems from a College or University.
Additionally, a minimum of 3 yrs of experience in media trafficking management a must! Experience in Internet trafficking management STRONGLY preferred.
