Inventory and Training Supervisor
Under the direction of the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for the activities of warehouse servicers as they relate to good inventory practices (i.e. receiving, picking, and preparing orders for shipment to customers). This will encompass maintaining inventory accuracy through cycle counts, investigation of variances, training, and proper administration of system adjustments as well as handling all aspects of Isotrain (i.e. training of employees-individual and group, updating changes in system, documentation). Performing all functions while maintaining compliance with existing EHS policies and procedures and participating in activities within the site's EHS Management System to improve safety at the location will also be involved.
Job Requirements
To be successful in this position, you must possess: High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years prior warehouse experience in receiving, picking, shipping, inventory control, and general warehouse functions, etc. Excellent interpersonal, problem solving and verbal/written communication skills. Familiarity with GMP Compliance requirements preferred.
