Answer incoming calls from shareholders regarding their stock accounts. Inbound Customer Service Representatives must have Excellent verbal communication skills and be able to follow scripted materials.
Job Requirements
MUST BE ABLE to train from 10:00am-4:30pm M-F for 5 weeks, once training is over, a 4 hour shift will be assigned between 8:30am and 6pm.
