Position Description:
Positions in this function work in the business analysis phase of the system development cycle and consult with users to define business processes and the information systems for supporting those processes. For employees working in the analysis phase to prepare detailed specifications, use the Systems Analysis function.

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- 1+ years Experience with provider demographics
- 1+ years Experience in Policy and procedure development
- 2+ years Experience gathering business requirements
- 1+ years Experience with communication planning and execution
- 1+ years Experience developing end user training
Assets:
- NDB knowledge is a plus
- Consulting experience is a plus
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
