As an IT Outsourcing Manager, you are a member of PNC's Outsourcing Project Management Office. You will be based in Cleveland, OH.

The role of IT Outsourcing Manager is to lead the negotiation with Service Providers and Process Owners and to ensure a consistent view of a Service Provider�s performance based on Service Level Agreement (SLA). The role serves as the functional expert in the analysis, interpretation and presentation of performance measures to enable senior leadership to understand process performance and report progress against SLA targets. In addition, the role manages goal delivery in alignment with the performance expectations of the organization.

Ideal candidate must have previous IT Procurement/Outsourcing background with excellent communication skilsl.
