Primary Duties and Responsibilities: Advanced skill levels and knowledge in procedures, techniques, and tools related to: Expert knowledge of SAP best practices Software development process SAP configuration process Needs analysis Applicable project management tools Leveraging applications for competitive advantage Strong understanding of Program and Project Management Methodologies Proven ability to successfully resolve complex program issues Coordinating multiple project threads simultaneously Proven ability to deliver large, complex projects on-time within budget with quality Proven ability to manage time, cost, resources, quality, procurement, communication and risks for large programs which are composed of several projects. Working in a team environment Understanding and leveraging cultural diversity
Possesses and applies a comprehensive knowledge of:
Management and leadership principles Program development and administration principles and practices Advanced principles, practices, theories, trends, and methodologies in assigned area of responsibility Strategic planning principles Program development and implementation principles Project management principles
Applies advanced level skill in procedures, techniques, and tools related to: Providing leadership Analyzing and developing policies and procedures Managing consultant contracts Managing change and sensitive topics Planning, analyzing, and evaluating programs and services, operational needs, and fiscal constraints Communication, interpersonal skills as applied to interaction with coworkers, supervisor, etc. sufficient to change or convey information and to receive work direction Initiates collaboration with internal departments to promote organizational effectiveness
Participates and/or serves on a variety of committees, meetings, task forces, and/or other related groups to secure advocacy and influence support for programs and ideals Negotiates and administers contracts and agreements for professional services May develop and administer budget for assigned areas of responsibilities
Work Experience Requirements: Nine years of professional managerial experience, including three years of supervisory experience Experience working in a large, matrixed corporate environment Seven to nine years of managing successful large global SAP implementations.
Education & Certification Requirements: Masters Degree in a related field, or equivalent experience. Certification in PMI/PMP is preferred
