Primary Responsibilities:
- Work with the business units for processing requests to get data extracts and printing requests
- Gather technical information from our business units, as well as working with compliance to assure that the applicable laws and regulations are applied to the data details
- Assist the data extract teams to pull the information, complete quality checks on the information and give results to the business to approve
- Remediate any issues that will come from the data extract details, laws, regulations, business requirements
- Will be working within UHG's ETS infrastructure to complete the extracts delivery, SFTP sites, Autosys schedules and coordination with a delivery team
- Project management for completing each task while providing excellent communications to all teams
- Be an expert in general IT knowledge with the ability to support and answer questions that will come from the business unit
- Gather details and provide reporting on status of the system tickets and IT systems

Qualifications:
Requirements:
- 1+ years experience of Project Management or Project Lead Experience
- 2+ years experience working with all phases of the SDLC
- 3+ years of systems analysis experience
Assets:
- Crystal Reports or COGNOS experience
- Vendor management experience
- MS Server 2003 and/or 2008
- Banking experience
- Business Analysis experience
- Fiserv ITI experience
