Hiring Range Maximum Salary $45,000.00

Description
The Director of Operations is directly responsible for the overseeing operations for multiple units/branches/Clubs and special programs with a primary focus on: program development and implementation; supervision and development of staff; management of facilities; budget & financial management, partnership development, marketing & public relations.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have the following attributes: progressively responsible positions with a proven track record in operations management in the non-profit or for-profit sector; demonstrated ability to organize, direct and coordinate operations in personnel supervision, the recruitment and retention of key personnel, facilities management, financial and budget management; proven people, communications and leadership skills to effectively interact and influence community stakeholders, board of directors, senior management and 20-30 staff; demonstrated ability to develop, implement, organize and participate in all marketing and public relations activities including special events; self-motivated with strong ability to manage multiple tasks and to develop solutions to problems with limited supervision.
