Classification: Full-time
Compensation: $42000 to $51000 per year
Large Real Estate owner/manager has an immediate need for a Lease Administrator to focus on CAM recoveries and collections. In this position you will analyze leases and track tenant activity. Specific responsibilities include: reconciling tenant accounts, analyzing and reconciling CAM accounts and receiving and responding to tenant related issues. Qualified applicants will have three (3) or more years experience (commercial real estate required),strong oral and written communication skills, along with good computer skills (MS Office). Must be self-motivated and organized.
