Job Summary:
This position enhances the experience of our customers and drives profitable sales by executing visual brand standards in Lands� End Canvas 1963 Shop.

Qualifications
� Drives sales and profitability though proper merchandising and overall presentation of Lands� End Canvas 1963 product
� Takes ownership for enhancing the customer experience by ensuring all Lands� End Canvas 9163 visual standards are upheld through the Shop
� Participates and leads visual execution on all floor resets and follows the Lands� End Canvas 1963 visual presentation directives and standards to create a compelling store experience and exciting visual presentation for our customers
� Able to make adjustments to the visual displays and presentations based on store layout, fixture type and/or inventory ownership
� Adjusts presentations based on sell-thru, seasonal transition or other factors, to consistently ensure brand appropriateness
� Ensures all product is represented on the selling floor
� Maintains current knowledge of Lands End Canvas 1963 and Lands� End products and demonstrates this by sharing product features and benefits, along with outfitting options, with customers
� Understands Lands� End Canvas and Lands� End website navigation leverages this option for customer solutions when the product is not available in the store
� Processes customer transactions in the Point of Sale system, including sales, returns, exchanges, etc. in according with authorized procedures
� Ensures proper organization and maintenance of backroom signage and prop storage area
� Demonstrates flexibility to work varied hours to support the needs of the business and our customers

Strong Candidates will have:
� Prior visual display, design, or merchandising experience is strongly preferred
� Ability to interpret a variety of typicals/diagrams
� Strong communication and organizational skills
� Ability to receive feedback and take action when appropriate
� Ability to follow written and verbal instruction and meet deadlines on projects/tasks
� Ability to multi-task projects while reacting to the needs of the business.
� Availability and flexibility to work varied hours to support the needs of the business
� Trend awareness and love of fashion extremely desirable
