Job Description
We are a national apartment community management firm seeking an energetic and friendly Leasing Consultant to join the team in Dallas, TX.
You will earn a great base pay plus commissions on every apartment you rent!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
-
Marketing property to prospective residents.
-
Processing and monitoring leases.
-
Recording traffic history to develop/revise marketing procedures.

Conducting comparative surveys.
-
Screening rental applications and qualifying potential residents.

Preparing daily move-in paperwork and key assignments.

Complying with all Federal and Local Fair Housing regulations and ordinances.
Job Requirements
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
-
Previous experience in a commission based position is a plus.

Service attitude, highly motivated and great communication skills!
-
At least 6 months leasing experience required.

Yardi experience a plus.

Weekend availability a must!
