About the position:
Our Legal Collectors notify or locates debtors with delinquent accounts and attempts to secure payment according to client guidelines and in compliance with the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (F.D.C.P.A.)
The Qualified Candidate will have:

Solid work experience
-
Collections Experience
-
Auto dial or direct dial system
-
Strong communication skills â€" at all levels

Must have solid negotiation skills
-
Must have good computer skills
-
Must have 1 year of uninterrupted work experience and regular/timely attendance

Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening
-
Must be able to pass a background check with no felonies
