Job Description

Established West Broward Law Firm is seeking an energetic Legal/Administrative Assistant. Candidate must be detail-oriented possessing excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be a self-motivated, multi-tasked individual eager to work with a very busy administrative team. Legal experience preferred.


Job Requirements

Duties: (included but not limited to)

  • Prepares legal documents and correspondence.
  • Communicates with court clerks, attorneys and clients
    regarding court filings and case matters.
  • Schedules appointments, maintains calendar and files.
  • Assists with answering phones and general office work.

Skills/Qualifications:
  • Communication Skills - verbal and written
  • Organization Skills/Time Management
  • Word processing/computer experience
