Established West Broward Law Firm is seeking an energetic Legal/Administrative Assistant. Candidate must be detail-oriented possessing excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be a self-motivated, multi-tasked individual eager to work with a very busy administrative team. Legal experience preferred.
Job Requirements
Duties: (included but not limited to)
- Prepares legal documents and correspondence.
- Communicates with court clerks, attorneys and clients
regarding court filings and case matters.
- Schedules appointments, maintains calendar and files.
- Assists with answering phones and general office work.
