Job Description
- Responsible for prospecting, networking, and building relationships in order to meet sales goals. Follow-up activity should include, but will not be limited to making outbound calls daily.
- Primarily responsible for new business production (minimal service work).
- Actively cross sell other AAA products to encourage strong customer loyalty.
- Deliver superior customer service at all times that is consistent with AAA Carolinas commitment to provide members with value, safety, and total peace of mind in all things Automotive, Travel, and Insurance.
- Meet and maintain production goals for insurance premium and AAA memberships by following a consultative sales process.
- Some Saturday shifts required.
- Training provided at our corporate headquarters in Charlotte, NC.
Job Requirements
- College degree preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- 1-5 years experience in sales
- Property & Casualty License- North Carolina or South Carolina Insurance Agent License is a plus
- Ability to solve problems logically
- Exceptional customer service & proven sales ability
- Bilingual a plus
