Ideal candidate will possess degree in Business/ Marketing, International Business or Law.
Technical abilities should encompass a very proficent use of databases (SQL) and MS Office....high level of profiency in Excel and other systems.
Must possess polished verbal and written communication skills, ability to train law firms and government agencies in company website research and information services.
Background in legal field to understand contracts a plus.
Multi-lingual abilities helpful.
Company located in Columbia area but possible opportunity to become Washington DC representative.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Marketing,International Business or Law
Thorough knowledge and EXPERIENCE of database software, MS OFFICE... some abilities in hardware and software helpful
8-10 years experience handling marketing, client support, training and client services
High level technical knowledge and understanding of support including databases, MS Office and / or other research systems and tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Outstanding business references
