Job Description
HealthTeacher is the leading provider of online health education content for K-12 teachers. Local Education Coordinator is needed part-time (20 hours/week) to support implementation through teacher training, presentations, etc. in Columbia, SC area. Position is permanent year-round.
Responsibilities include:
- Increasing program usage by teachers
- Develop training schedule
- Conduct train-the-trainer Sessions
- Develop and manage relationships with school district coordinators
- Conduct key stake holder visits
- Provide feedback reports to appropriate stake holders
- Assist with content updates
Job Requirements
Prefer Education major with classroom experience. Health Education background a plus. Hours to coordinate with teachers' school day. Self-starter with great organizational and technical skills. Minimal travel for employee training in Nashville, TN may be required. Position starts on/about December, 2009.
