Job Description
Our client is a luxury retail company in New York City looking for a Logistics Coordinator.
Responsibilities Include:
-Coordinates entire shipping process from Factory to Freight Forwarder to customers.
-Works with Savitransport in detecting and correcting discrepancies and mistakes to prevent refusal of merchandise or charge backs.
-Works with Sales Reps in processing changes requested by Buying Offices, changes in PO's, store re-routing, HOLDS caused by late or early delivery.
-Handles any problem caused by missing PO's, missing labels, rerouting, late deliveries, terms, changes in address, etc.
-In charge of all aspects of billing and shipping goods from stock.
-Inputs UPC codes and product/style setup in QRS catalog
-Assists Dept. Stores in the proper uploading of the UPC codes from the QRS and Intertrade.
