Job Description
The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for the logistical processing of customer orders, includes coordination with vendors, sales staff, customer service representatives, billing representatives, warehouse and shippers.
1. Responsible for providing invoice support, dealing with inquiries and generating reports.
2. Arranges shipment of requested items, goods or merchandise.
3. Responsible for timely and accurate reporting to management.
4. Attend customer meetings as required.
5. Other assignments or special projects as needed.
Job Requirements
§ Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
§ Ability to multi-task and work in fast paced environment.
§ Ability to work as a team player.
§ Must be detail oriented.
Must have excellent communication skills and be able to pay attention to detail
Two plus years experience in Logistics required, Degree preferred. Some background experience in purchasing, inventory control, transportation and warehousing functions is needed
