Director of Human Resources Babcock Center, Inc. The Babcock Center, a not-for-profit agency in Columbia SC is seeking a Director of Human Resources. Sup- porting over 900 individuals with lifelong disabilities, and employing approximately 750 people at over 80 locations. Candidates inter- ested in the position should possess the following minimum qualifications: 10 years of pro- gressive experi- ence in the Human Resources depart- ment. Clear understanding of all rules and regulations relating to employ- ment, leave and compensation. Ex- perience managing recruitment, reten- tion, employee benefits and other personnel matters is essential. Master's Degree in Human Resources or business desired. Previous experience sup- porting people with lifelong disabilities is desired but not required.
