THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are a 3, 4 & 5-axis machine shop with over 150 employees, working multiple shifts, 7 days per week. This position is responsible for leading and developing people, processes and systems that ensure the highest safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency standards are achieved by applying Lean Manufacturing principles and tools.

Job Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
The ideal candidate would have a Bachelors degree, machining knowledge and experience, and at least 5 years of progressive leadership in the aerospace machining industry. Must have knowledge of Lean principles and hands-on application of Lean tools.
