RESPONSIBILITIES
This position will be responsible for the planning and scheduling of all maintenance work at the Crossett, AR Chemical Plant.�The successful candidate will:

Ensure that work plans and resource needs are identified and available to the approximately 18 maintenance employees before work is initiated
Prepare and distribute reports to permit meaningful analysis of maintenance work performed
Ensure that the production areas receive prompt, effective and quality service from the maintenance organization
Ensure that all maintenance employees have the opportunity to perform at a high level of effectiveness

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Requires a High School diploma or equivalent
A technical diploma or college degree is preferred
Requires at least 5 years of industrial maintenance experience
Prior experience in a maintenance planning and scheduling role is preferred
Experience with the MP2 computerized maintenance management system is preferred
Experience with MS Word and Excel is preferred

Ability to work effectively in a team environment
