Position Summary:
 
Supervise and manage maintenance operations.
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Direct work of maintenance employees during shift supervised.
• Ensure equipment is maintained according to established standards and all PM's are performed according to established standards to allow efficient cost effective production operations.
• Ensure that all reports are properly maintained.
• Assist scheduling and monitoring labor cover shift requirements.
• Ensure compliance with terms and conditions of labor contract.
• Initiate any necessary disciplinary actions.
• Maintain individual employee's attendance and performance records.
• Ensure that employees are in compliance with all company policies, plant rules and regulations and all regulatory agencies.
• Create a safe workplace by supporting and implementing plant safety policies.
• Ensure that maintenance employees are properly trained in all procedures and standards.
• Must be capable of working flexible hours.
• Must be able to process orders on SAP.
• Perform other duties as required or assigned.

Job Requirements

• College degree in related field preferred.
• 3-5 years maintenance supervisory skills in production environment. 
• PC Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Power point and Outlook. 
• Food industry experience a plus.
• SAP and Access.
