Palms Associates seeks an outstanding Maintenance Supervisor for our beautiful 177 unit apartment community, Rice Terrace in Columbia, SC.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate has:

• Outstanding leadership abilities
• Strong sense of urgency and desire to “get the job done right"
• 2 Years minimum experience managing an apartment community’s Maintenance team
• High School diploma or equivalent
• HVAC certification required!
• Must enjoy fast paced service oriented environment
• Ability  to diagnose and perform all apartment maintenance jobs
• Communicate well both orally and in writing with maintenance, leasing staff and vendors
