MAINTENANCE Team Leader, Maintenance Would you like to work for an established International Food Company whose brands are found in 97% of US households? ConAgra Foods' Oakdale Facility has an immediate opening for a Team Leader of Maintenance. As a Team Leader you will assist in the management of Maintenance activities including targeting and resolving maintenance problems, developing long term process improvements, overseeing building and equipment repairs, construction and improvement projects, overseeing safety, GMP and sanitation requirements in Maintenance, and providing leadership to a maintenance team to repair and maintain plant equipment. Ideal qualifications are: Functional knowledge of mechanical troubleshooting, pneumatics, hydraulics, PLC's and electricity. Previous experience in the food and beverage industry. 3-5 years experience supervising maintenance staff in a manufacturing environment. Four year degree in technical field (i.e. Electrical, Mechanical Engineering) or related field or equivalent experience. Ability to work shifts and weekends. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong PPC skills in include Microsoft Excel and Word.
