Job Description:
Work on all requests for the various types of maintenance work assigned by your manager.
Be available for 24-hour on-call rotations, weekend work as needed.
Must be available for snow removal during winter months.
Must be able to provide your own small tools to carry out responsibilities of electrical, carpentry, and plumbing, with some knowledge of plumbing, appliance repair, painting, and other typical apartment repairs.
Must be HVAC certified and adhere to dress code as established by MBR.
Use protective equipment when necessary and follow safety procedures.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
At least two (2) years previous maintenance experience.
Ability to read, comprehend, and write clearly.
Must maintain a valid driver’s license, have dependable transportation, and insurance.
HVAC skills and certification required.
