1. Maintain and service machinery in the site.
2. General maintenance duties to maintain the site.
3. Follows all safety requirements, policies, and reports unsafe conditions to a leader.
4. Functions effectively within a team environment.
5. Attends all team meetings as required.
6. Performs all required quality checks and assures all production conforms to specification.
7. Follows all company policies and work rules including but not limited to 6S, GMP, and BOS quality system.
8. Responsible for maintaining ISO standards.
9. Use the preventative maintenance program.
10. Troubleshoot electric, pneumatics, mechanical and hydraulics.
11. All work preformed must be entered into PICS.
12. All Parts used must be checked out using PICS.
13. Have a working knowledge of systems room.
14. Be able to identify parts in all machines.
15. Perform light fabrication.
16. Monitor reliabilities and scrap on related production equipment.
17. All other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
1. Must be team oriented.
2. Self-Motivation and flexibility of job assignments.
3. Blend of technical, interpersonal skills, and continuous learning through training.
4. Strong mechanical/electrical aptitude and experience.
5. 2-year degree or prior work experience.
6. Basic computer skills.
