Job Description
KFC/Taco Bell multi-unit Franchisee, with over 48 years in the fast-food industry, seeks highly motivated, energetic chief maintenance mechanic possessing extensive restaurant experience to keep our restaurant's facilities and kitchen equipment operating at the highest level for our guests. Extensive HVAC experience is vital to this job. Chief Maintenance Mechanic provides general repair and service to our facilities and equipment. This includes broken kitchen equipment such as freezers, ovens, fryers etc., HVAC repair and maintenance, facilities repair (exterior/interior) and safety maintenance. Travel between stores (almost all located in South Broward County) is required.
Job Requirements
-Extensive experience in facilities/restaurant equipment maintenance
-Experience in mechanical trades required including:
Electrical
Plumbing
HVAC
- Building skills such as painting,minor carpentry, tile repair and drywall.
- Maintenance van/truck and tools required.
