- In contact with customers throughout the day
- Explaining programs in a clear and concise manner
- Responsible to help organize teams of CSR’s
- Maintain manager sheets
- Tracking allocation of blackberrys
- Collecting applications at the end of the day
- Ensuring paperwork is complete
- Maintain contact with CSR’s, ensure they arrive for work and complete their full shift
- Allocation/tracking of territories in the state of Ohio locally and beyond
