RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (but not limited to):
- Accountable for branch performance. Review activities, costs and operations to determine branch progress toward stated goals and objectives.
- Works to develop business and business partnerships. Conducts sales and service calls.
- Develops relationships with high-level management at existing and potential clients to increase market share with businesses and/or secure contract extensions.
- Provides leadership and supervision to recruiting staff servicing accounts. Conduct daily branch recruiter meeting to review job orders, work assignments, and determine priorities and progress.
- Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, training, operations, sales, national accounts, branch activity and accounting.
- 10% Travel necessary, to meet with customers and sales representatives
- Recruits and sells.
- Works with PDS Corporate Business Development Management to develop marketing strategies and preparing proposals.
- Actively participates in business community activities including the Alaska Support Industry Alliance.
- Insure customer contract compliance.
Job Requirements
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum 5-6 years successful outside technical staffing sales experience
Minimum 3-5 years increasingly responsible experience in sales management, with minimum of 3 direct reports
Valid Driver"s License and Valid InsuranceClear Driving Record (�clear� or zero points)
