 Midas Auto Service Experts a leader in Automotive repair & service is recruiting an energetic, self motivated, experienced leader to Manage a high volume full service automotive repair & tire facilty in Northfield, Ohio area.

Midas is the second oldest franchise operation (Only to Mcdonald's) and has been in business for over  56 years.  Our family owned organization is the World's largest Midas operation with 106 locations and growing.  Our family owned operation has been in business as a Midas dealer since 1956.  We strive to be the best ran automotive operation in the industry.  We have invested in our People, our store image and our equipment to make us one of, if not the sharpest, cleanest best ran operations in the business.

Managers are given three personal days per year and work a five day work week averaging 52 hours per week.

Managers earn a weekly base plus bonus paid off of sales and profit controls:

High Volume store Manager earns between $58K and $80K per year

Mid Volume store Manager earns between $45K and $58K per year

Low Volume Manager earns between $38K and $45K  per year

Applicants must have 2  years store automotive management experience.  Applicants must pass an extensive back ground check and carry a valid driver's license.  We are a drug free work place.
