Job Description

Ridge Clearing & Outsourcing Solutions, Inc. (Ridge Clearing) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. (NYSE:BR).
We offer fully-disclosed clearing services for managing the processing of domestic and international equities, fixed income and other financial instruments. A member of the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), Ridge Clearing is a securities broker-dealer registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to execute and clear transactions for correspondent broker-dealers.
Relationship Managers are responsible for the overall client experience at Ridge Clearing for an assigned group of Introducing Broker and Operations Outsourcing accounts. Responsibilities:
Relationship Managers are responsible for maintaining a high level of client satisfaction, conducting business analysis and development, product development and project management. Primary contacts include senior management, sales and operations management, and may also include compliance and information technology. Specific knowledge requirements include, credit, risk, compliance, new accounts, trading and settlement. Relationship Managers must adopt a consultative problem solving approach to client issues; go beyond product needs to value-added business process improvements and opportunities in alignment with client objectives.


Job Requirements

Position Qualification Guidelines:
The candidate must demonstrate superior client relationship and internal partnering skills. Must be able to think creatively and strategically. Must have the ability to learn new procedures and systems rapidly and intuitively. Must have strong problem solving skills and be able to proactively identify client needs and offer solutions. He or she must have prior customer service experience in the financial services industry, strong brokerage operations skills and familiarity with trading, including fixed income, equities and options. The ideal candidate has five to seven years of experience in correspondent clearing. Series 7, 63, 9, 10 or 24 would benefit the candidate. Also beneficial would be familiarity with Broadridge products, such as BPS, AOM or ProVisor. Candidates must learn quickly, have solid experience with Microsoft Office (specifically Word and Excel), and have demonstrated experience managing a high volume of email. Excellent written and oral communication skills are required.
