For this position we are seeking a Software Development Manager who has versatile skills in managing and building development teams in a large scale distributed computing environment. Job Requirements

The most qualified candidates will have:


Proven experience in leading software product development projects in a large scale distributed computing environment.
Knowledge of the full software development life cycle.
Knowledge of multiple software development methodologies including agile.
Ability to create a project plan�
Excellent organizational, leadership, decision making and communication skills.�
Familiar with standard software development tools, including incident tracking, documentation, and testing systems.
A hands on technical background including experience with databases, and multiple programming languages (bonus if Python).
Previous experience managing highly technical project and engineering teams.
Ability to guide architecture and design while making decisions as to the direction of our technology initiatives.
Previous experience hiring, training, and conducting performance reviews.
