Manufacturing Guardian Fiberglass, Inc., a leading manufacture of residential fiberglass insulation is now accepting applications for the following hourly positions in anticipation of re-starting of full production. Maintenance Mechanics (pay depends on experience) Repair, maintain & troubleshoot all machinery & equipment. Must have mechanical experience and familiar with 120v / 240v single-phase equipment. Day positions available, however, may need to go to shift. --------- Earn up to $33,000 for the following positions the first year: Process Operator Work on the "Hot" end of process monitoring levels and specification of the making of insulation. Must be detailed oriented, excellent math skills, ability to operator and change equipment and able to work with minimal supervision. Parts Room Manager This position is responsible for managing procurement functions including purchasing, shipping and receiving, inventory control, store/parts room management and related service activities to support our 24/7 continuous plant operation. Candidates must be self-motivated and possess a hands-on background in inventory/purchasing and procurement management with a manufacturing company. Major responsibilities include purchasing products (to include machine parts), expediting orders, providing prices and delivery information to various departments in a timely fashion, as well as cycle counts and inventory control. Excellent planning, time management, communications, decision-making, negotiation and organizational skills req'd. All positions work 12 hours shifts (2am or 2 pm start times, except Parts Room Manger) with alternating weekends (Fri., Sat., Sun.) off working in a fast-paced environment.
