Currently we are seeking individuals for the following position:
MARKETING - PHARMACEUTICAL
Duties:
Draft Activities:
Pre Close
- Conduct a review of existing promotional materials for Product A and Product B and lead planning activities that will ensure materials readiness to support training of field force and legal-regulatory review of WYE promotional material within 30 days of close
- Identify and prioritize promotional materials for Review Committee.
- Develop agendas and schedules for RC and ensure members are prepared pre-close.
- Work with Curriculum Development to identify and prepare RC for review of any supplemental materials required for field force training for Product A and Product B
- Conduct analysis and plan activities on existing Product A and Product B promotional materials to prepare for creation/conversion of this content to Pfizer???s electronic standard.
The contracted resources will plan for two presentations for Product A (one PCP and one OB/GYN) and one for Product B to support promotion to Psychiatry physicians.
The two key steps that will be completed during the analysis and planning phase are:
- Content Mapping ??? Planning for the structure and navigation of Product A and Product B electronic promotional materials.
- Content Layout ??? Planning the layout of elements within the Product A and Product B electronic presentations
- The contracted marketers will utilize materials that have already been or will be provided by Wyeth through the Merger PMO to perform these planning activities:
- Existing Core Visual Aids
- Existing Electronic Detail Presentations
- Approved for detail clinical reprints
Draft Activities:
Post Close
With planning completed and the merger closed, the contracted resources will
- Complete RC review of prioritized promotional materials within 30 days of close
- Ensure RC review of the content mappings and layouts
- Oversee the build of the digital presentations based upon the planning that has been conducted.
- Ensure a smooth transition to post-close brand team members for Product A and Product B.
- The work completed during the planning phase will allow this work to proceed rapidly to meet the agreed field force training timelines as well as the November and December dates for promoting the integrated portfolio on the tablet pc.
Specific Project Deliverables (for each presentation for both Product A and Product B):

- Navigation structure, including identification of linked pages and mandatory slide navigation, if any
- Name of the presentation and individual screen views
- Review Design Template (layout depicting brand image, legal/regulatory mandatories, and color palette for presentations):
- Navigation icons
- Headline and body copy style
- Chart/graphic style
- Important Safety Information (ISI), Prescribing Information (PI), Patient Prescribing Information (PPI), Study Description, and reference buttons
- Review Annotated Flats/Layout
- All content, including additional pages and pop-ups
- All references and annotations
- Slide/file names
- Approach to tracking of content
- Metadata spreadsheets initiated
- Post Close
- Review Final Files
- Flash files
- Metadata spreadsheets finalized
- Input into Training/Implementation guide
- Navigation and linkages throughout presentation
- Rationale for why specific content is/is not included in each presentation (customer insights)
- Role of physician engagements
- Legal/regulatory considerations for representatives
Job Requirements
Skills Required:
HCP marketing
Development of interactive brand presentations for tablet PC
Working with creative advertising agencies
Knowledge of Pfizer and RC process a plus
Minimum Education Required:
