Recruiter Marketing Experience
The Recruiter/Marketing Manager will assume responsibility to establish new business and recruit/staff candidates. We utilized the Full Desk Model for recruitment staffing and marketing. The recruiter must have the ability to recruit and obtain clients and job orders. Operating a full desk is much like operating your own business but under the umbrella of the company that have several years of good reputation, while working in a team environment where your individual contributions make a high impact.
In this role, the Full Desk Recruiter/Staffing/ Marketing Manager oversees the complete staffing process. This is not a start up company but will allow the individual the opportunity to work within a multi-discipline.
Responsibilities of Recruiter/Staffing/Marketing Manager Includes:
- Define marketing objectives in collaboration with regional sales teams and company leadership.
- Create strategies to meet marketing and sales objectives and measure success.
- Manage and develop marketing materials required to successfully support recruiting efforts.
- Develop marketing partnerships where needed.
- Be the advocate for regional sales by working with sales groups.
Job Requirements
- Preferred if you have a book of business.
- 3+ years experience with both recruiting/staffing/Business Development.
