MARKETING MANAGER

Patio Enclosures, Inc. seeks an experienced executive to head its Marketing Department.

The position’s responsibilities will include:

• Provide marketing leadership for the entire company
• Actively participate in the marketing planning and budgeting process
• Analyze the demographics for each product line and develop appropriate marketing strategy for each.
• Coordinate the development of appropriate creative  to meet strategy
• Develop media strategy and Oversee media buys with Agency
• Oversee internet advertising and company web site.
• Coordinate trade show including both participation and show materials.
• Establish appropriate programs for multiple product lines and dealer, franchise, and company-owned operations.
• Monitor competitors’ marketing efforts
• Analyze marketing efforts to ensure appropriate ROI

Position is located in Macedonia, OH, in the Cleveland area.  Local candidates only or relocation provided.)

Job Requirements

Education and Experience:

Candidate must be have at least a Bachelors degree (preferably in Marketing or related field) and have a minimum of five years experience in managing a team in an Advertising and/or Marketing Department or at an Agency.

• The candidate must be computer literate and experienced in analyzing data, budgets, demographics, research, and market trends.
• The candidate should also have experience in development of advertising and marketing programs for existing and new products. 
• Experience in both creative development and production of TV, radio, newspaper, digital advertising, website and other forms of media and advertising is required.   
• Experience with multiple retail locations, dealer/franchisee networks and home improvement industry a plus.
