Title: Marketing Specialist

Reports to (title): Director, Marketing

Location: Boerne, TX

General Purpose of the Job:

·        Responsible for developing and maintaining well organized and compliant marketing pieces and web content

·         Assist with customizing and formatting marketing materials and campaigns for our clients, including tracking and reporting.

·         Select web maintenance duties, including tracking, ongoing updates, etc.

·        Develop and maintain email subscription system.

·         Marketing Design

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

·        Campaign tracking and reporting.

·        Develops new marketing and sales literature as needed and continually looks for ways to improve current communications.

·        Responsible for periodic updates for larger projects and proofing of materials on a daily basis.

·        Hitting deadlines,

·        Development of quality, professional, compliant materials.

·        Online Tech and research work

Job Requirements

 Supervisory Responsibilities: No

Experience required: 2 Years

Education required: BA/BS or equivalent experience

Certificates, Licenses and Registrations required: N/A

Computer Skills: Must be proficient with Microsoft Office programs and graphic Design software.

Travel Required: Negligible
