MT Business Technologies, an industry leader in providing advanced imaging and networking technology solutions, is seeking an energetic, goal oriented individual to fill the position of
MARKETING SPECIALIST.
The primary function of the Marketing Specialist is to provide administrative support for the sales team, while promoting our products and services in a highly professional, ethical, and knowledgeable manner. While working from the Mansfield location, the Marketing Specialist will report to the Toledo office.
Essential duties include:
- Contact by phone or in person, existing and potential customers in database
- Schedule appointments for Sales Representatives
- Generate attendance at shows and events by following up on invitations sent
- Make follow-up contact with show and event attendees
- Gather and maintain current pertinent information in database
- Travel to Toledo office once monthly
Job Requirements
Qualified candidates will possess:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Sense of urgency to customer and sales team
- A high level of organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Computer literacy; proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- The ability to prioritize work and operate under minimal supervision
- The ability to effectively manage changing priorities
- While not required, previous customer service experience helpful
