Medical Billing/Customer Service Reps, in our Madison, WI office. This position is responsible for answering medical billing and insurance queries on behalf of customers, negotiating payment arrangements in our client’s name. Job Requirements
Candidates will ideally have strong customer service and problem solving skills working in medical billing, call center or insurance environments, and sound computer skills are required. Applicants must be able to work a varied schedule that includes two evenings per week and two Saturday mornings per month.
