Job Description

SIZEWise Rentals is seeking a Site Manager at their Austn, TX branch. Job responsibilities for the SIZEWise Site Manager include:

Supervising site staff to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations as they pertain to health, safety and labor relations. Completes employee reviews, performance improvement plans and terminations as required.

Ensure staff is scheduled to optimize regular and overtime hours. Ensure time & activity reports are submitted in a timely manner.

Provide total customer service by providing delivery, pickup, installation, removal and product education. Listen to and resolve service complaints.

Oversees the maintenance of the company's fleet of delivery vehicles. Ensures the scheduling of routes optimizes fleet usage. Monitors routine maintenance on vehicles at approved fleet service providers.

Supervises the set-up, cleaning, organizing and maintenance of the site warehouse per company policies and procedures. Oversees the monthly inventory of the site and all asociated reporting procedures.

SIZEWise Rentals is a fun, fast paced growing nation-wide company in the business of distributing bariatric medical equipment to hospitals and other healthcare facilities. Bariatric equipment is defined as being specifically designed for patients over 350 pounds.

Job Requirements

Must have a valid driver’s license

Must have a clean driving record (Mandatory)

Must be able to drive at night

Must have clean background check (No Priors)

Must pass DOT Physical and Drug Screen

Availability to work some overtime when scheduled

Ability to push 450 pounds of durable medical equipment up ramps, and to load and unload equipment onto trucks on a daily basis.

Ability to use a computer to complete the SIZEWise Rentals Online University training.

Junior college or college graduate and/or 3-5 years experience in management.
