Job Description
We currently have several openings for Medical-Surgical Registered Nurses at our healthcare facility in Temple, Texas. When working as a med-surg nurse at our hospital, your responsibility will be to coordinate and provide nursing care including the assessment, education, counseling and treatment of patients and delegating nursing care to others as appropriate. In addition, you will work cooperatively with ancillary nursing staff and other patient team personnel and maintain standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting.

Job Requirements
To be a registered nurse at our hospital, your qualifications will meet or exceed the following:
- Graduate of an accredited RN School of Nursing.
- Licensed to practice professional nursing by the Board of Nurse Examiners for the State of Texas.
- A minimum of six months of full-time nursing experience or have a BS in Nursing or related field.
- Completes examinations and skills checklists within three months for new hires.
All candidates must be a citizen of the United States or be able to prove legal ability to work in the United States.
