Min Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in related field. No experience required. Must be CMT - certified medical technologist eligible.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
To provide the technical skills necessary to organize and perform various medical laboratory procedures.
Specific Job Related Duties
This medical technologist (CLS) position will work in the High Volume Laboratory in the Main Hospital as well as the laboratory in the Emergency Department performing routine and complex laboratory tests, following procedures and policies to report accurate, precise and reliable results. This is a fast-paced, high-volume laboratory that requires teamwork, flexibility and cooperation in order to be successful. This position will be scheduled for either evenings or nights as well as rotating weekends and holidays.
Preferred Work Experience
One Year of Clinical Experience in chemistry or hematology.
