Job Description
Member Service Representative provide service to members or potential members offering the full line of credit union products & services. Elements of the job include: Qualifying potential members for membership, initiating & processing new member accounts, performing account maintenance, cross-selling appropriate products & services, inputting transactions into appropriate systems and performing duties to enhance the credit union relationship with the member.
Job Requirements
Requires a high school diploma or GED. Prefer prior financial institution experience in member service or cash operations. Requires good communication skills and professional demeanor with the ability to speak to members and process their transactions in a confidential manner. Requires basic knowledge of various office automation equipment. Requires ability to work in a high volume sales environment.
