Manager of Service Engineering team responsible for all aspects of product serviceability and service efficiency, from product design to retirement including product improvements and service capabilities.
Job Requirements
Basic Qualifications - Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering
- 2 to 10 years experience with medical devices, providing product services and new product development
- Ability to effectively communicate highly technical information to both technical and non-technical associates.
Other Qualifications - Ability to deal effectively with all employees and external business contacts while conveying a positive, service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to completely maintain confidentiality and discretion in business relationships and exercise sound business judgment.
