POSITION: Mobile Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities:
- Trouble shoot mechanical problems and repair as necessary
- Complete preventative maintenance on Trucks
- Inspect for safety
Description:
Our Mobile Maintenance Technicians are responsible for ensuring our customers fleet is running at its maximum potential. Techs are assigned customer accounts to maintain on a daily, weekly or bi-weekly schedule. Techs are also responsible for responding to breakdowns through our breakdown service.
Our trucks are equipped with all the necessary equipment to properly and efficiently get the job done. Techs are provided with cell phones, lap tops and necessary software to complete most jobs at our customer’s location. At Southwest Idealease our ultimate goal is to maintain our customer’s fleet at their location as to minimize downtime for service issues.
Our Mobile Technicians are a very important tool that creates a competitive advantage for Idealease. As such, our Mobile Techs are amongst the most highly compensated in the industry.
