Summary of Mortgage Closer
Real Estate Mortgage Network, Inc (REMN) is a growing mortgage lender and we are searching for an experienced Mortgage Closer to work at our Corporate Office located in River Edge, NJ. Our tremendous success is based on our strategy of product, channel and geographic diversity. Each of our 300 + mortgage professionals shares our entrepreneurial spirit and is empowered to exceed in our commitment to customer service.
Responsibilities of Mortgage Closer
- Managing a closing case load of 4-6 loans daily
- Communicating with both internal and external sources associated with the position
- Understanding and implementation of current guidelines and policies within the department
- Prior Ellie Mae operating software knowledge a plus

Requirements for Mortgage Closer
- Have 2-3 years experience in the preparation of residential mortgage closing packages
- Have experience in all Government, conforming and non-conforming documentation
