If you are experienced & volume driven, here is what you can expect - Mortgage Consultants :
- Business Model supports Mortgage Consultants who can close 10+ loans per month.
- Inbound phone calls & online loan applications.
- Receive between 55-75 leads per month.
- Online loan leads come from direct consumer marketing & are not purchased or telemarketed.
- 2/1 Mortgage Consultant to Processor ratio.
- Lending capabilities for A, B, TX Cash Out, FHA, & VA loans.
- Top Mortgage Consultants are closing between 15-20 loans per month.
- Great management staff to support you in sales, processing, loan products, closing, and post-closing.
Job Requirements
Mortgage Consultants
Requirements - Mortgage Consultants :
- 2+ years experience as a Mortgage Consultant.
- Experienced with FHA, VA, non-conforming, & conventional loans.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Strong ability to build & maintain relationships with builders, realtors, & other business professionals.
- Knowledge of various mortgage programs & products.
- Proficiency with CALYX/Point is a plus.
- Bilingual a plus
