Position Summary
Records mortgage income entries; analyzes warehouse line and escrow activity and make entries to record activity; reviews individual loan activity in the 2323 loan receivable account and corrects as necessary. Reconciles balance sheet accounts for Mortgage Corporation.

Minimum Requirements
- Must have a Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or related.
- Must have at least three (3) years of accounting reconciliation, journal entry preparation, or related experience.
- Must possess knowledge of accounting principles and mortgage lending accounting.
- Must possess working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Must have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Experience on IBM AS/400 and knowledge of PC Information Systems preferred.
- Must be able to lift 10-20 lbs. of boxes containing accounting documentation.
