MORTGAGE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
Essential Duties:
• Data entry into closing document software.
• Audit data against the following supporting documentation: Title Commitments, Investor Approvals and Locks, Appraisals, PMI Certs, Hazard Insurance Dec Pages, Tax Certs, Sales Contracts, Flood Certs, Surveys, and any additional documentation to meet loan approval or requirements of warehouse bank.
• Review and approve HUD-1.
• Order funds from originator’s selected warehouse bank.
• Issue funding authorization by verifying all conditions of loan approval are met and documents were executed and notarized properly.
• Coordinate above functions with loan originator, settlement agent, warehouse bank, investor, and borrower, when/if necessary.
• Accurately stack closed loan packages to the delivery standards set by the Investor.
• Scan loan documents into document control hardware/software
• Index loan documents into the software and hardware systems per page with goal of 100% accuracy of documents indexed correctly.
Job Requirements
Requirements • Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in the mortgage industry. • Ability to work with several computer programs and maneuver between each. • Required to work overtime during peak times. • Previous experience working under limited supervision • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work diligently at all times. • Ability to meet and exceed deadlines concentrating on quality output. • Typing abilities of 40wpm+ and data entry abilities at 12,000ksph. • Professional dress, appearance and attitude at ALL times.
